How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?
A flat fee of $7.50 is applied to orders below $100. (Exceptions apply to HI and AK). We offer FREE Shipping, every day ON ORDERS EXCEEDING $100 (after any discounts are applied).

When will my order Ship?
Orders placed before 1 pm ET normally ship the same day!

Which carrier(s) do you use?
Orders are primarily shipped via FedEx. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Military addresses normally ship via the US Postal Service.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

How do I track my shipment?
Tracking info will be emailed to you directly from "Tracking Updates at FedEx.com" US Postal Service tracking info is sent from sandyr@beverlyinternational.net. If you do not receive tracking info, give us a call during business hours and a BI Product Advisor can assist you.

Do you ship to US Military Addresses outside of the US?
Beverly will ship to any APO, FPO, or DPO address via USPS

Do you ship outside of the US?
With the exception of US Military Base addresses, we do not ship outside of the US.
