...I suggest giving this Cheesecake a taste test for yourself. As a BEVERLY Client, you deserve it cause you are the greatest also! It takes about thirty minutes to prepare and a free overnight stay in the refrigerator! Cut up some fresh fruit to go with it, and you will experience a UMP DELIGHT! Here’s the exact “HOW TO MAKE” recipe.
UMP Cheesecake Recipe
Utensils and Appliances needed:
Electric hand mixer, large mixing bowl, spatula, and measuring cup
Ingredients:
8-inch ready-made low-fat Keebler pie crust. (We used a gluten-free pie crust to make the entire pie gluten-free.)
1 package sugar-free/fat-free instant Jell-O Pudding mix (cheesecake)
8oz package of Philadelphia Fat-Free cream
cheese (we used regular cream cheese.)
8-10 scoops UMP Vanilla
1 ½ cup water
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:
First, mix the water, heavy cream, and Jell-O pudding in a bowl using the hand mixer. Next, add a package of cream cheese and blend until smooth. Now, add UMP, a couple of scoops at a time. Once the mixture is thick and creamy, like cheesecake, use your spatula to spread the mixture into your pie crust. Place in the fridge overnight for best results. Garnish with fresh blueberries, strawberries, etc.
