The Origins of Density
In the 1980s, Jim Heflin recognized the importance of providing advanced bodybuilders with adequate amounts of essential amino acids (EAAs) to meet their metabolic needs. EAAs play a crucial role in muscle building, fat burning, and workout recovery, and it is essential to have them in optimal amounts to achieve the desired results.

The equal amounts of each essential amino acid allow the body to convert them and adapt them as it needs. Instead of us deciding how much you need of each, it provides ample amounts your body can use as needed. Enough to fill in any amounts that your body is lacking of an amino acid. The specific amount your body needs of each amino acid varies at any given time.
Flood the system and then allow the conversion to the other 10 non-essential aminos. This is the biggest and most important reason for combining all 8 essentials in large amounts. Not only are they the most important aminos, but they convert and create all other aminos. Your body will dictate which other aminos it needs to make from these 8 essentials. It assures you get exactly what you need. Even though it’s impossible for you to know what’s lacking, your body does always know what it needs, and it will use these 8 essential aminos (if there are enough of them) to construct what it needs.
Jim goes on to say, Density was the one product we couldn’t keep on the shelf. Everybody was taking it! No bodybuilder would think about competing without it at the time.
