6 Easy Steps to Make a Delicious Protein Shake

Basic Beverly Protein Shake


  1. Pour cold water in blender (or milk if stated in the recipe)
  2. Add any additional liquids
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender
  4. Add any additional ingredients * (other than protein powder)
  5. Add stated amount of Beverly Protein Powder
  6. Blend all the ingredients till thoroughly mixed

Recommended Shakers or Blenders:

  • Blender Bottle

  • Vita Mix
  • The Beast Health Blender

Use 8 oz. (1 cup) liquid for each scoop of protein that you use. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid. For a thinner consistency, add a little more liquid.

*Additional Ingredients:

  • Fresh or frozen fruit
  • Oatmeal
  • Sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix look for individual serving size packets
  • Fiber –ground flax seed or psyllium husks (Metamucil)
