6 Easy Steps to Make a Delicious Protein Shake
Basic Beverly Protein Shake
Directions:
- Pour cold water in blender (or milk if stated in the recipe)
- Add any additional liquids
- Add ice cubes to the blender
- Add any additional ingredients * (other than protein powder)
- Add stated amount of Beverly Protein Powder
- Blend all the ingredients till thoroughly mixed

Use 8 oz. (1 cup) liquid for each scoop of protein that you use. For a thicker consistency, use less liquid. For a thinner consistency, add a little more liquid.
*Additional Ingredients:
- Fresh or frozen fruit
- Oatmeal
- Sugar-free Jell-O pudding mix look for individual serving size packets
- Fiber –ground flax seed or psyllium husks (Metamucil)
