Milena Dagmara 1 scoop of ump vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of coffee, scoop of
oatmeal + sometimes 1 tsp of cinnamon :)
Alex Garcia Stone one scoop vanilla UMP, 1 cup coffee and one cup ice. Tastes like a
white mocha!
Michele Reeves 1 scoop vanilla UMP, 1 scoop chocolate UMP, 4-6oz strong flavored
coffee, tsp of cinnamon, ice, blend till frothy and smooth.
Bill Miller 1 scoop of vanilla protein, 1 frozen banana and 1 cup of Costa Rican
coffee mix and enjoy....
Daphne Myers Christensen 8oz coffee with one scoop cookies n cream UMP!
Kristen Lee 1 scoop chocolate ump, cup of raspberry flavored coffee make it a
pudding
Eric Schoon I never even thought of mixing the two. I mix my vanilla UMP with
vanilla Silk Pure Almond almond milk.
Michael Bistany I love the 2nd half of my ice coffee with 1 scoop of choc UMP for my
long days. Gets me through the night! A little extra almond too=yum!
Jules Broxterman Causby 1 scoop of chocolate UMP, 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup of unsweetened
almond milk, 3 packets of truvia, 1 cup of coffee, 2 cups of ice and blend.
Sometimes I add peanut butter or pb 2, or a banana. But I ALWAYS top it with
cinnamon. Enjoy..its yummy goodness. It’s my breakfast every day and it fills 2
big cups so it's super filling!
Anya Spector EVERY morning (I mean EVERY) I use 1.5 scoops Cookies N Cream UMP, 1
cup coffee, and 2 cups almond milk with LOTs of ice- amazing Frappuccino shake!

Almonds, 1/4 cup of coconut flakes (unsweetened) and peppermint oil+ coffee to
mix it. Or my new summer treat. A big glass of iced coffee with 1 scoop vanilla
UMP and a ton of ice for iced coffee yum!

1 serving, Ingredients: 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 2 scoops chocolate protein, 8 oz brewed coffee (chilled), 1T
Truvia, 1/8 tsp peppermint extract

ROAD MOCHA PUDDING-- FITFORHISGLORY JANET!!! Ingredients: 6 oz Hazelnut coffee, brewed and chilled (or
any other nutty-flavored coffee) 2 scoops of Beverly Rocky Road Ultimate Muscle
Protein, 1T Truvia, 1T chopped nuts,1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions: 1) Brew Coffee and chill in freezer. 2) Combine UMP, Truvia and
chilled coffee in a small bowl and mix until smooth. 3) Top with cocoa powder
and nuts.
Janet Godby Tiramisu UMP
Pudding: 1 scoop cookies n Cream UMP, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1T sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, 1 T Truvia, 1
packet instant coffee, 1/4 cup water
Lisa Synk Edney 1 scoop chocolate ump, 1 cup coffee, cinnamon, 1/2 cup
coconut or almond milk, 1 pack stevia, and if you feel like it, a handful of
spinach! You can't taste it, promise: ice and blend on high until mixed.
A Slice of the Fit Life LOVE LOVE LOVE My Rocky Road UMP!! 1/2 scoop of Rocky Road
UMP, 1 tbs of Lean Vanilla Bean Ripped Cream cold brewed cup of Joe, let it sit
in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes and then it’s a delicious coffee frosty

Nicole Koutsoukos "Kalalau Cookies & Cream Coffee" is my
backpacking must have! I started making this for my numerous trips down the
Napali Coast of Kauai. Starbucks Via Instant Coffee made in a huge mug with 1
scoop of C&C UMP. I mix the UMP with just enough cool water to make a
pudding consistency first, and then add boiling water and coffee. This helps to
cut down the clumpiness. UMP goes in my oatmeal too. You won't even catch me in
the wilderness without my UMP :D
