    I have been using UMP for years!!! I love the taste and love that it's so versatile. My favorite way to eat it is to mix with a little water and natty PB, freeze, then eat like ice cream!

    I have kept this protein on hand for the last number of years, always in the angel food cake flavor. It is made with quality ingredients, as it never bloats me like some other proteins can, and the flavor, texture and mixability are great. It is great as a stand alone shake or mixed with other ingredients to make a fuller smoothie/shake.

    The protein mix was okay. Flavor: 3/5 has an aftertaste that is not chocolate. Mix: 3/5 even after vigorously mixing, I still had lumps. Thickness: 3/5 did not thicken up

    I have tried many supplements, and UMP is hands-down the most effective in stopping post workout soreness, for me, and in aiding in recovery times on my heavy lift days. The flavors are out/F’ing/standing, except for Strawberry which is truly vile. Even Strawberry can be helped if you mix one scoop with Vanilla or Chocolate but it still has a strange chemical aftertaste. That’s the only bad one though, and I’ve tried them all except Graham Cracker. Vanilla, Cookies and Cream, and Rocky Road are standouts. Fully delicious with water alone. Best of all, they don’t cause me any excessive gas or constipation. They are just outstanding products. Just don’t get Strawberry, God is it bad
